Present Human Genome Resequencing Data

While the 1,000 Genomes Project has so far generated more than 300 gigabases of data from its pilot projects, which involve 454’s, Illumina’s and ABI’s sequencing platforms, several genome centers have sequenced cancer genomes using short-read technologies.
